Yay!
Not the same old story. Finally, after a particularly difficult stage in my life, I can say I can breathe again! I've beat all my records. Lots of subjects cleared. I'm proud of my work. Two exams left, but the situation is now completely under control, after having a hard time trying to keep up.
New projects
My graduation is on it's final row. Perspectives are beginning to build up in front of me. In one year, I'll be finishing my training and probably doing all the paperwork to get my master in computer engineering.
Anyway, now the year is almost over, I have three main projects (speaking of my academic life, of course:
- I'm going to begin filling my résumé and my personal website, in order to apply to one of the possible trainings. This personal website is going to be a place where I'll be able to describe myself, as well as writing stuff about important things in my life, as if it was my life portfolio;
- To continue a project I've began this semester - I've began working on a faculty project in one of the subjects. It's a garden/forest managing system, with a web-based interface, allowing the users to input and organize relevant information about a green area, like a medium sized park, or even a whole forest. It's still very alpha as there are many use cases yet to be implemented, but i'm going to get involved with it during these holidays;
- I've decided to take yet another step into the bull and bear by accepting a collaboration role in Digital Porto Association (APD)

And that's it! Okay, it's not all. I can't resist talking about just another issue...
Bike
Probably some of you were wondering "Hey this guy's sick! No bike talking!". Well, bad news for all of you non-bike-lovers! I'm better than ever!
I was lucky enough to get some top-end components for my bike for 1/3rd the regular price, due to the closure of Maiacycles, a bike store in Porto. Last offer bargains are great!
I wals also lucky enough to meet a portuguese bike trialer, also from Porto, with whom I've been learning some important things about this sport. Still evolving slowly, but getting better, I hope I can spend a few hours of train in the next few months
And here's a nice animated GIF of one of my night rides this week
Okay... that should really be it. I've now been using last.fm more often, ever since I've bought myself a nice Sony Vaio laptop, so I've put ths statistics in here again.
Miguel Migs is coming for a show in my city this Saturday, so I'm quite excited with it. I encourage you all giving it a try if you're into soft house music.
Hope you are all doing okay

Thanks for your time and patience.
Cheers!
